Returns
If something is not right, we will do our best to put it right. Returns are reviewed individually by the owner. Here is how the process works.
1. Email us the reason
Send an email to hello@kbdiscount.co.uk explaining why you would like to return the item, along with your order details.
2. Include photo evidence
Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue. We cannot review a return without picture evidence, so please include them in your email.
3. We review and approve
The owner personally reviews every request. Once your return is approved, we will reply to confirm and explain the next steps.
4. Refund arranged
After approval, we will arrange a suitable refund method with you directly. Refunds are only issued once a return has been approved.
